1Eligibility

HC reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its discretion if misuse or violation is suspected.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are accurate. However, minor variations (e.g., color tone, surface finish, packaging) may occur due to manufacturing or display differences and do not constitute defects.

All products are subject to availability. If an ordered item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or alternative recommendation.

HC reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue products without prior notice.

4Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed are based on the currency selected at checkout. Transactions are processed securely via Stripe, and final billing follows Stripe's exchange rate at the time of payment. Prices exclude shipping fees, import taxes, or local duties unless explicitly stated. HC reserves the right to correct typographical or pricing errors at any time, even after order submission, prior to shipment.

5Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate and authorized for use.

• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

• Orders are only confirmed upon successful payment authorization through Stripe.

We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfers (for institutional or large orders). HC does not store full card details or CVV codes.

We reserve the right to cancel or hold orders for review if irregularities, payment disputes, or suspected fraud are detected.

6Promotions & Discounts

Promotional offers, coupons, or discounts are time-limited and subject to conditions displayed at the time of issue. HC reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion without prior notice. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

7Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide through trusted logistics partners. Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions.

Unless otherwise stated, all orders are shipped under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms — meaning buyers are responsible for import taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees in their respective countries.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a reference only. HC is not liable for delays caused by customs inspections, courier disruptions, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our control. High-value shipments may be insured or packed with reinforced materials (e.g., wooden crates) upon request.

9Warranty & After-Sales Support

Warranty coverage follows the manufacturer's official terms and warranty period ("Warranty Period"). Any warranty claim must relate to a manufacturing defect that appears and is reported within the applicable Warranty Period.

To be eligible for warranty service, products must:

• Be purchased new from Horology Choice or an authorized sales channel;

• Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase; and

• Have been used, stored, and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

Warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Consumables (e.g., blades, lubricants, polishing compounds, cleaning fluids, brushes, pads, and similar wear items) are not covered by warranty. Normal wear and tear, aging, or performance degradation over time is not considered a defect.

Most precision instruments require periodic factory calibration as part of normal maintenance. Calibration, verification, or adjustment services are not treated as warranty work unless explicitly stated by the manufacturer. HC can assist with guidance on how to return such products to their original service centers.

HC acts as a reseller, facilitating documentation and service routing for warranty claims, but does not provide any independent or additional warranty beyond that offered by the manufacturer. The available remedy for an approved claim (e.g., repair, replacement, or credit) is determined by the manufacturer's policy. Warranty repair or replacement does not extend or renew the original Warranty Period.

10Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activities.

• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute products purchased from HC without authorization.

• Impersonate another individual or falsify your identity.

• Abuse promotions or exploit technical vulnerabilities of the website.

• Engage in abusive or threatening communication toward HC staff or partners.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

11Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, product data, logos, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Horology Choice or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without written consent.

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which should be read together with these Terms. Any unauthorized use of HC's brand identity or product imagery may result in legal action.

Horology Choice only sells products sourced through authorized channels or directly from manufacturers. We guarantee the authenticity of every item sold. If a customer suspects a product is counterfeit or has authenticity concerns, they must contact us immediately. We reserve the right to take legal action for any unauthorized use of the HC brand or our product imagery, including but not limited to the reproduction or sale of unauthorized copies.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• HC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.

• HC's total liability in any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product in dispute.

• HC is not responsible for third-party errors (e.g., courier delays, customs seizures, or logistic damages beyond insured coverage).

• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or personal injury caused by HC's proven misconduct.

13Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Horology Choice, its affiliates, employees, and service partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of applicable laws.

14Data Protection & Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to such processing and confirm that the data you provide is accurate.

We are committed to protecting your personal data and employ industry-standard encryption and security measures. We will never sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent or unless required by law.

Our website may contain links to third-party sites or resources. These are provided for your convenience only. HC is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of such external sites.

16Force Majeure

HC shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, transportation delays, or global events impacting supply chains.

17Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

18Updates to These Terms

HC reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date". Significant changes will be notified via email or website notice at least 7 days before taking effect.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and other policies (including FAQ or Shipping Policy), these Terms shall prevail.

Your continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19Related Policies

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with our Privacy Policy, FAQ, and (where applicable) Shipping and Return Policies. In case of any inconsistency, the provisions of these Terms shall prevail.

In case of any discrepancy between translated versions of these Terms and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
